- Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.
- Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys,to analyse the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.
- Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement the plans as defined.
- Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.

Your experience counts!
- MBA from Tier-1 B-school
- 3-8 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services company
- Experience in Banking operations (middle-office and back-office processes across retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management businesses)
- Experience in performing current state assessment of operational processes and develop target state operating model and processes
- Experienced in business process reengineering, process modelling and process mining
- Experience of agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives, etc.
- Hands on experience on third party packages like Celonis, Blueprism, Pega, Aris, Service Now is desirable.
- Lean six sigma certification is desirable
