Position Description

Assists a digital marketing team to drive end to end outcomes and ensure smooth operations. Analyze data and create low-to medium complexity data visualization dashboards for enhanced decision making

Role Summary

The Marketing Back Office is a vital support role within our marketing team, specializing in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to various Loyalty roles. This dynamic professional should have a robust understanding of digital marketing trends, channels, and best practices to effectively assist and coordinate marketing activities.

This profile is proficient in Excel, Tableau and Power Bi, and has a background in marketing data analysis and visualization.

This professional is a doer, a trusted advisor for the senior marketing strategists, someone who acts as a marketing coordinator for the client and our team.

The Marketing Back Office has –at least- a C1 English level and is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong foundation in digital marketing and exceptional organizational skills, they will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the success of our loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and Coordination: Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between senior marketing strategists, clients, and our internal team. Facilitate smooth communication and ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and tracking project milestones. Maintain organized records and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analize marketing data and performance metrics. Generate reports and dashboards and provide insights to help inform strategic decisions.

  • Campaign Management: Support the execution of loyalty marketing campaigns, including content scheduling, coordination with creative teams, and tracking campaign effectiveness.

  • Digital Marketing Trends: Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and best practices to contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience doing digital marketing metrics analysis, reports and dashboards.

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing best practices.

  • Basic project management experience.

  • Understanding of the key performance indicators for each of the main marketing channels.

  • Experience at a country level in crafting channel marketing tactics.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

  • Experience in working in an international/multicultural environment.

Soft skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1). Skilled communicator (written and spoken).

  • Impeccable time management and prioritization skills. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks at a time.

  • Ability to think on the fly.

  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
