What would you do?**Sales Quota Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the sales team s performance by setting, monitoring, and managing individual sales quotas, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing coaching and support to sales representatives to ensure they achieve their targets effectively.**What are we looking for? Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets. Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams Strong Analytical Skills:Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyse data from various reports and provide insights to the sales teams.

Communication Skills:Ability to effectively communicate sales quota performance to the client leads. CRM Proficiency:Skilled in using CRM systems to track sales activity, manage data, and generate reports. Problem-Solving:Ability to identify challenges in sales Quota attainment and provide insights to the client.

Forecasting and Reporting:Generate accurate sales forecasts based on data analysis and provide regular reports to sales leadership on team performance. Quota Adjustment:Review and adjust sales quotas as needed based on directions from client.
