Project Role: Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:

As a Software/Application/Cloud Tech Support professional with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Configuration Database & CI Management and Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for configured services running on various platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Configuration Database & CI Management and Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with defined operating model and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Configuration Database & CI Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Strong understanding of operating system-level implementation of software solutions/vendors/brands.
• Experience in providing L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
