Business Services Support Specialist with French

Location: Katowice - 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

• Develop strong subject-matter expertise in relevant tools, systems, and databases to effectively support operational processes.

• Conduct data quality reviews and perform process-driven analysis to support ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare clear, structured, and insight-driven PowerPoint presentations based on operational and analytical reporting.

• Actively participate in client calls, training sessions, and internal meetings to ensure smooth and consistent process delivery.

• Manage end-to-end offboarding workflows, coordinating and overseeing exit processes for departing lawyers and employees.

• Identify potential data-security risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Provide proactive stakeholder support while promoting best practices and process standardization across the team.

• Oversee the departure-monitoring process, including archiving professional files of leavers and validating completion of archiving activities aligned to existing procedures.

• Manage access-delegation workflows by monitoring data-access transfers for leavers and ensuring proper approvals from Partners.

• Supervise the full lifecycle of deposit files — from creation and content validation, through partner approval, to final execution of approved transfers by IT.

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in French language (written and oral)

• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level

• You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases

• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality

• You are a good team player and can organize teamwork

• You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
