Summary:

CDP architect lead role for successfully implementing the CDP solutions for the client, bringing together 360. view of the customer from various Online and offline sources, designing a robust model in the CDP platform, ensuring effective campaigning and targeting for the Client.
Responsible for developing the solution strategy and end to end architecture that includes driving the key hands-off sessions with client right from the define phase till the go live phase and support team s understanding of initial data requirement
Key responsibilities to assess data sources and identities, Drive Data Modeling to design detailed data model/ ER diagram, Design and create datasets, Real-Time Customer Profile, identify mapping and profile configuration (using Identity Service) for all data sources, merge policies, Sanity checks after client data ingestion into XDM schema created using Query services, validate Real-Time Customer Profile, Support set up of segments based on segment logic, Drive DULE labeling suggestions for client, Migrate all entities/ components from AEP Dev to AEP UAT, Develop presentation and conduct applicable enablement sessions.
Define AJO solution architecture for any new journey builds (data integrations, journeys, omni/multi-channel orchestration)
Design and implement scalable customer analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to unify data and deliver actionable insights across channels.
AEP Competency developments, training, sales enablement, RFP contributions.
Involved in Scope Discussions, Solution Design, Creating Configuration Inventory and Estimates.
Led the Accenture s first CDP-AEP project for a US Based Convenience Store Gas Station Chain.
Participated in the Client Discovery and Design working sessions to co – create journeys that aligns with Client s Objectives, Personalization Goals, maximizing on Loyalty Programs.
Contributed as CDP Architect, configuration of the CDP eco system, Platform Build to XDM Data Model Design/Implementation, Data Ingestion, Unified Profile Service, setting up Data Governance, Audience Set Up, Activations and Customer Journey Orchestrations.
Worked on implementing Offer Decision Service and Offer Activities to integrate real time with client gas stations applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience with modern software development frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
