"Summary:
As a Data Security Expert, you will define the Data Security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will also document the implementation of the data security controls and transition to data security-managed operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions supporting the DLP, DSPM, Data Discovery and classification
• Build and maintain operation and configuration documentation, and diagrams.
• Work with Cybersecurity Operations and Risk teams to ensure solutions comply with the organization’s standards and policies.
• Work with vendors and technology partners to identify new methods to aide in the development and maintenance of solutions.
• Conducting proactive analysis to determine if systems are performing optimally.
• Contribute to design and troubleshooting sessions.
• Define data security policies and lifecycle management strategies

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience supporting Data Discovery, DSPM, DLP, Data Classification, Encryption and Tokenization
• Experience in Agile based, DevOps delivery
• Experience in designing, managing and troubleshooting various data security tools and integration with other technologies
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Energy, etc.)
• Experience in data security tools like Symantec, Forcepoint, MS Purview, Securiti, etc.

Additional Information:

• 12 or more years’ experience implementing Data Security solutions
• This position is based at our Gurugram office
• A 15-year full time education is required"
