Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality applications that align with business objectives. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
  Professional & Technical Skills: Responsible for developing in Power Apps (Canvas) with power automate/flow , Share Point / Dataverse.
  Knowledge on the Power FX.
  Experience customizing Share Point lists using OOTB and Integrating with Power Apps.
  Ability to create business processes, Approval Workflows with out-of-the-box MS Flow / Automate.
  Create and manage custom connections to integrate external data sources and services
  Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  Implement and manage security and permissions in Power Apps to ensure compliance and data protection..
  Work directly with clients for requirement gathering, Application development.
  Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Migration, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL is a plus.
• Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
