Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, and experience working with state-of-the-art Generative AI models (such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.). You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing GenAI-powered solutions for real-world applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications for Generative AI use cases.
• Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) or diffusion models for business needs.
• Build APIs and pipelines for model deployment and interaction.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and performance tuning of models.
• Ensure responsible AI use by applying safety, fairness, and bias-mitigation techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and foundational models.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
