Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to ensure our world-class systems operate seamlessly. You will be dedicated to maintaining quality, accurately diagnosing client issues, and leveraging your extensive product knowledge to design effective resolutions. Each day will present opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of system functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Strong understanding of system administration and application support.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
