Project Role: Product Owner

Project Role Description: Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:

As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will engage in validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops, which will inform timely direction changes based on knowledge discovery. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to align the product vision with business objectives and user expectations, fostering an environment of innovation and responsiveness to market demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
• Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and market trends.
• Ability to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Software Product Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
