THE WORK

  • Plan, design, and execute performance tests to assess application behavior under load.
  • Use performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Neo Load, or Load Runner to prepare and run test scenarios.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, including CPU usage, memory utilization, network consumption, disk I/O, and thread activity.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Participate in test planning, documentation, and reporting to ensure high‑quality performance validation.

Flexible:The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Performance Tester.
  • Practical knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Neo Load, Load Runner).
  • Ability to measure and interpret performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory consumption, network utilization, disk usage, and thread activity.
  • Experience working with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • English and Polish at a minimum B2 level.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in analyzing performance test results and providing optimization recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests.
  • Understanding of cloud environments or distributed system performance characteristics.
