- What would you do?**As the Technology Lead for Industry X, you will define and execute the technology strategy to transform Industry X managed services operations. This includes building and enabling AI-driven agentic operations across Industry X offering portfolio—spanning Infrastructure & Capital projects ,Product Design, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Aftersales Services and Plant Asset operations & Maintenance. You will combine your hands on experience in your industry and domain with the strategic vision with your insights into recent trends to ensure emerging technologies are effectively implemented, driving profitability, growth, and operational excellence.**What are we looking for? Proven industry experience and expertise in applying the latest technologies, platforms, and processes. (Experience in 3 or more areas below in 2 or more Industries is highly desirable)

- Technical & Functional Experience in building/solutioning/integrating solutions , software accelerators & products.
- Solid experience in working with client/customer management teams to achieve solution & product objectives
- Experience in working in a matrixed organization and comfortable in coordination/reporting to/supervising higher or lower-level resources in a TEAM setup.
- Experience in Tech/Func Management by applying Product Management principles with be a definite plus.
- Establish KPIs & ROI frameworks to track business value delivered by such technology initiatives.
- Work Closely with Technical Architects and Technical teams for building In-house Tools and Solutions using relevant party tools/products.
- Coordinate with external vendor/suppliers to influence their roadmaps in accordance with our product roadmaps and align releases of features in accordance with their releases.
- Develop pricing models to support each solution or product, with all the supporting tools and templates and facts to support the appropriateness of the pricing
- Work with support teams such as client marketing and sales to ensure they are successful in launching and selling new features. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
