The Saviynt Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). This role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, hands-on Saviynt configuration skills, and experience in integrating with enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
Lead end-to-end Saviynt IAM solution design, configuration, and deployment.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy, access governance policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
-Manage Saviynt integrations with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Service Now, and cloud applications (AWS, GCP, etc.).
-Customize Saviynt workflows, connectors, analytics, and access request processes.
-Lead, mentor, and groom a team of Saviynt developers and support engineers.
-Define and enforce identity lifecycle management processes — joiner, mover, leaver (JML).
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Saviynt and IAM processes.
-Prepare architecture documents, technical design documents, and operational runbooks.
-Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
-Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement of the IAM platform.
-Contribute to knowledge base development, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IAM practice.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to assess and mitigate security risks in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
