Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring that the new processes and technologies align with the functional needs of the organization. You will actively participate in user and task analysis, representing the business's needs and facilitating the implementation of effective solutions. Your role will be pivotal in guiding teams through the complexities of process transformation, ensuring that all documentation is clear and actionable, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines new processes and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management, Salesforce Development, Life Sciences Industry.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and business analysis techniques.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
