Project Role Description: Support sales teams in solution development, managing an internal matrix team to scope and price solutions. Lead customers through the design process. Work directly with Internal Accenture Domain Architects, Partner Architects, Client Architects, and Accenture project teams to design solutions.

Summary:

As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales teams by developing innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, to navigate the design process effectively. You will manage an internal matrix team to scope and price solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and organizational goals. Your expertise will guide customers through the complexities of technology architecture, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
• Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of process optimization and efficiency improvement techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
