Summary:
You will design, configure, and enhance SAP CRM Sales processes while using AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. This role is centered on delivering seamless customer engagement and sales automation capabilities, integrating pre built AI services where valuable, and boosting efficiency through AI enabled productivity—without requiring deep model development, RAG systems, or agentic AI engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Functional & Technical Delivery
- Configure and optimize SAP CRM Sales functions including:
- Opportunity & Pipeline Management
- Lead Management & Territory Management
- Activities, Tasks & Interactions
- Quotation Management & Order Capture
- Partner Determination, Pricing, and Actions
- Use AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, automate test case creation, and streamline documentation.
- Conduct end to end CRM delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Integrate CRM with ECC/S4 (SD, FI), third party sales platforms, middleware, and customer facing applications.
- AI Assisted Productivity
Apply AI copilots for:
- Requirement summarization
- Pipeline data interpretation
- Impact analysis
- Automated documentation
- Test script generation
- Utilize pre built AI capabilities to enrich CRM processes—for example:

Experience using AI copilots, automated documentation accelerators, and AI-assisted test or configuration validation tools.
