SUMMARY:
With strong understanding of the business, work closely with the Allergan Aesthetics business leaders to formulate and develop HR strategies, employee communication and implementation of HR programs/initiatives within the company’s code of conduct and organizational direction. This position will retain a focal assigned area of HR specialized functions as organizational development, employee relations, hiring, compensation, and work closely with the CoE and regional team based in Singapore.
Major Responsibilities

Plan, develop and implement HR policies, programs and processes re talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and employee relations

As strategic partner to business, assess business needs, develop HR strategies, coach and advice managers and business leaders resulting HR solutions to maximize organizational effectiveness

Serve as point in contact representing HR organization and drive organization & business growth in line with Company HR strategies and regulations
-
Manage end to end HR programs, and lead HR process enhancement in Thailand partnering with HR CoE (Center of Excellence) to improve HR service standard
-
Ensure HR compliance in line with Company policies and local labor law

Lead HR project implementation in Thailand and manage changes effectively
-
Provide expert consultative and problem-solving advice to managers, employees and other functions regarding HR policies, programs and other ER areas

Collaborate with managers and CE team to develop training programs that address current and future skill gaps in the organization

Evaluate and select appropriate training resources, methods, and technologies
-
Identify and cultivate leadership talent within the organization through mentoring and coaching initiatives
-
Design and execute leadership training programs to prepare high-potential employees for greater responsibilities

Work with leadership team to identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure seamless transitions

Conduct career assessments and provide guidance to employees to support their professional growth

Collaborate with Total Rewards team to design and manage competitive salary structures that align with the organization's strategic goals and market conditions

Develop and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
-
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to meet the diverse needs of employees
-
Communicate Total Rewards programs to employees clearly and effectively, ensuring understanding and appreciation of the full value of their compensation and benefits.

Stay abreast of regulatory changes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines

Provide insights and reports to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities related to Total Rewards

Bachelor’s degree is required. Post graduate qualification in Human Resources or other major is a plus
-
10+ years’ experience as HR Professional working hands-on with back office functions and as HR adviser for managers
-
Experience in aesthetic industry is highly advantageous
-
Good technical knowledge of labor laws, management and HR Functions
-
Organization awareness; perceptive in interpreting interactions among individuals and groups within the matrix structure and a proven ability to work with, inspire and create consensus with a group to cooperatively achieve a common goal

Strong ability to building solid relationships with the business and provide a collaborative approach to partnering with all levels in the organization
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
