JOB DESCRIPTION:

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of the Op Ex activities and maintain the solid Op Ex culture
      负责支持各类 Op Ex 活动的实施，维持坚实的 Op Ex 文化
2. Be responsible for conduct and maintain 6S, Idea, Kaizen, Best Practice, Thanks tree program activities, support to reach high people engagement level.
      负责执行公司的 6S、合理化建议、Kaizen、最佳实践、感谢树等活动，支持达成高的员工参与度。
3. Work closely with sites Op Ex ambassadors for communicate & implement Op Ex activities, involve in variety improvement project. Maintain high Op Ex continue improvement culture
      和公司内的 Op Ex 大使紧密合作，沟通并执行给中 Op Ex 的活动，积极参与各类持续改进活动或项目。维持公司较高的 Op Ex 持续改进文化环境。
4. Provide types of OpEX training(Lean 5s, reduce wasting, visual management etc.) & support with the guidance
      在指导下，为公司各个部门提供各种 OPEX 相关的培训(Lean 5s, 减少浪费, 目视化管理等)和支持。
5. Be responsible for establish and maintain Op Ex variety data(Share Point etc), and keep optimization with guidance.
      在指导下，负责搭建和维护 Op Ex Share Point 等相关的数据，并不断优化。

任职条件Qualifications：

· 文化程度 Education（学历/专业 Diploma, Degree and Major）:
  Bachelor degree or above (Engineering/technical, industry engineering/ Manufacturing, process engineering is preferred)
  本科及以上学历(工程技术专业,工业工程,制造工艺工程等相关专业优先)
· 任职经验 Working Experience:
  · 0~2 years work experience in manufacture management or continuous improvement, background in medical is preferred. No working experience need has high major matching level and very good performance in school period
  · 0~2年制造技术管理或持续改进工作经验，有医疗背景者优先；应届毕业生需要专业契合度高且比较优秀。
· 计算机及外语水平 Computer & Language Skill:
  Good in oral and written English
  良好的英语沟通和书写能力。
· 能力要求 Competency:
  · Be positive and passion, willing to share, good communication and coordination.
    积极、热情，乐于分享，良好的沟通协调能力
  · Have team spirit and good performance under pressure,
