JOB DESCRIPTION:

主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities

严格按照标准作业规定进行自动包装设备生产操作，协调上下工序，完成每日各项生产目标及产出。该职位员工需要精通至少三台关键设备操作和问题解决能力，和常规PM工作。
Strictly follow the standard operating rules to carry out automatic packaging equipment operation, coordinate the operation process, and complete daily production targets. This level staff needs to be familiar with at least 3 key equipment’s operation and problem solving ability, and routine PM work.
确保包装设备正常高效运行，及时处理设备故障，点检设备参数，完成日常设备保养，并提出设备改进优化的合理化建议。
Ensure that packaging equipment normal run efficiently, timely processing equipment, check  parameters, complete daily equipment maintenance, and present the suggestion to optimization
确保产品质量符合公司规定的高标准，熟练掌握包装在线测试中的检测方法。
Ensure the product quality meets the high standard of the company, and master the test method of packaging online test.
严格按照标准作业规定进行包装车间的设备以及环境清洁消毒，协同质量部微生物采样，确保所用设备及环境保持最高卫生标准。
Strictly follow the standard operating rules to carry out packaging workshop equipment and environment cleaning and disinfection, cooperate with quality department on microbial sampling, and ensure the equipment and environment to maintain the highest hygienic standard.
确保准确地、完整地完成批生产记录的填写，并符合GDP规范。
Ensure accurate and complete completion of batch production records and meet the GDP specification.
确保准确地操作MITS系统，完成包装物料消耗统计及机器故障和质量问题的记录和跟踪。
Ensure accurate operation of the MITS system; complete the recording and tracking of packaging material consumption statistics and machine failures and quality problems.
对发现任何违背公司目标，要求及政策包括质量和环境安全问题或GMP规定事宜，要及时汇报包装生产主管，并协助主管调查违规事件，制定防范措施。
Any deviation from company objectives, including quality requirements and policy and environmental security problems or GMP regulations, must be reported in a timely manner packaging production supervisor, and assist in charge of investigating violations, formulate prevention measures.
参加生产项目改善，提出合理化改善建议，以提高包装生产质量，效率及成本降低和安全改善。
Participate in the improvement activities of various production projects; propose rationalization improvement Suggestions to improve packaging production quality, efficiency and cost reduction and safety improvement.
能够清楚了解该产线的生产过程和质量要求，能够协调整条产线顺利生产，汇总整条产线的生产数据完成报表，能够完成产线相关不符合项的分析，具备一定的调查能力和沟通能力。
Can clearly understand the production process and quality requirements of the production line, can coordinate the whole production line smooth production, the article summarize the whole production line production data to complete the report, able to complete production line is not in conformity with the item analysis, research ability and communication skills.
具有良好的安全意识和行为，识别区域风险并及时汇报安全事件。
Has a good safety consciousness and behavior, identify regional risk and report safety incidents.
能够管控岗位区域的5S状况。
Be able to control the 5S status in the job area.
完成其他由上级安排的任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
承担相关质量保证职责。
Take the functions of relevant quality assurance.
该职位需具备初级技术员的资历，在岗工作周期不低于12个月并经过考核合格
This position is required  junior technician qualifications, on-the-job work cycle and not less than 12 months after the inspection qualified

最低学历要求Minimum Education

大专及以上（专业：食品/生物/机械/机电/自动化）
College or above (major: food/biology/mechanical/electrical/automation)
最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

行业经验：至少在乳制品企业生产岗位具有3年以上婴幼儿配方乳粉生产经验
Industry experience: at least three years’ experience in production of dairy products
岗位经验:2~3年自动包装设备操作或机械电子维护经验
2~3 years’ experience of automatic packaging equipment operation or mechanical maintenance
基本英语读写能力；熟练运用电脑
Basic English reading and writing ability; Good command of computer
其它特殊要求：了解GMP, ISO9001, 和HACCP等相关知识；5S知识熟悉与运用；自动化及机械电子知识熟悉与运用
Other special requirements: understand GMP, ISO9001, HACCP knowledge; 5s knowledge; Knowledge and application of automation and mechanical electronic knowledge
