This Position reports to:

EG Service Engineering Manager:

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation; maintenance; repairs; engineering and consulting; advanced services; extensions, upgrades and retrofits; end of life services, replacements, etc.)
• Designing custom mechanical components and assemblies for electrical enclosures, switchgear, control panels, retrofitting MV & LV circuit breakers and related industrial products
• Generating and maintaining bill of material, fabrication drawings, and assembly instructions, ensuring designs comply with applicable safety codes and standards.
• Providing technical support during production and assisting in resolving design-related issues

Qualifications for the role:

• You are holding a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably in an industrial or electrical manufacturing environment
• You possess knowledge of Design MV & LV switchgears and basic knowledge of technical standards
• You possess experience in 2D & 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works, EPLAN)
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• You are at ease communicating in Arabic and English
