Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to oversee Inventory Control SAP driven, by managing a team of employees who investigates RCA of inventory discrepancies, cycle counting routine, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Mebane, NC.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring full inventory coverage through periodic cycle counts based on ABC classification.

• Supervising and audit cycle count execution to ensure compliance with procedures.

• Owning and driving inventory accuracy across all plant areas, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory (SAP).

• Maintaining inventory accuracy targets and ensure compliance with corporate and audit requirements.

• Investigating, reconciling and resolving inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner.

• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.

• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the U.S

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Finance, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.

• 3+ years of experience of supervisor experience.

• Proactive mindset — honest, hands‑on, collaborative.

• 5+ years in SAP/ERP experience required.

• Candidate must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
