Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will act as role model contributing to and facilitating change in HSE culture. You will also show your expertise by joining the Business Area as subject matter expert.

The work model for the role is: onsite San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).

This role is contributing to the ABB MO HP BL RP globally from Spain. Main stakeholders are factories, field service technicians, technology, management and local subcontractors.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the implementation of measures, policies and standards within the assigned program, reporting on the progress.
• Driving behavioural change to continuously improve the HSE performance of the organizational unit.
• Representing the Business Area in relevant forums.
• Staying abreast of external trends and perspective, providing advice to the business when necessary.
• Leading HSE training program and best practices

Qualifications for the role

• You have at least 5 years of experience in leadership positions in HSE.
• You are passionate about motivating people to change their culture and achieve the highest safety standards.
• Master Degree in HSE homologated in Spain is compulsory.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish
• Team management and organizational skills
• You hold current work permit valid in Spain and Europe
