About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Service Team Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment services across multiple countries. This role combines operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement, while leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful hiring outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition services across assigned countries, supervising team operations.
- Deliver services with accuracy, timeliness, and quality, aligned to signed-off processes, KPIs, and targets.
- Collaborate with TA leadership, HRXP, and HR Services to optimize tools, streamline processes, and drive synergies.
- Act on customer feedback, resolve escalations, and ensure service quality while driving team performance.
- Set performance targets, manage direct reports, and ensure team capability across the full TA spectrum (sourcing, screening, assessment, technology tools, and customer orientation).
- Foster career growth, integrity, and continuous improvement through benchmarking and industry best practices. Adapt team structures for flexibility and scalability, supporting change management initiatives.
- Analyze TA transactions, identify discrepancies, and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support succession planning and bench strength development, leveraging individual strengths for optimal team performance.
- Uphold ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years managing teams of 6+ members.
- Experience in HR shared services within a global company preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday, Service Now, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
