This Position reports to:

Local Sales Manager:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate key aspects of project execution and commissioning of LV and MV equipment on-site, ensuring compliance with ABB’s and customer standards, procedures, and policies. Each day, you will act as the single point of contact for the customer during project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business Area in Lithuania.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyzing project plans versus actual performance and supporting corrective actions with key stakeholders.

• Preparing technical materials, solutions, and cost updates in SAP or other project control systems.

• Ensuring accuracy of project documentation, invoicing requests, and compliance with agreed procedures.

• Coordinating with project teams to secure on-time, on-budget delivery of internal projects.

• Identifying opportunities to optimize project scope, solutions, and after-project services.

Qualifications for the role:

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Valid electrical safety certification for medium voltage (VK) installations is required; eligibility to obtain AK is a strong advantage

• You have experience in project management or technical project coordination

• You are skilled in technical support, project planning, and customer communication

• You are skilled in process optimization, safety, and compliance

• Driving license B

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English allows seamless collaboration across teams and markets

• You apply structured problem-solving methods to deliver solutions that meet customer needs

While the final salary will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, the starting base salary for this role is 3500 EUR per month. In addition to the salary, we offer a company car,an annual performance-based bonus,private health insurance, and sports compensation.
