This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Drives and Electric Motors, in line with the divisions strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
We are opening positions of Sales Specialist for Drives and Electric Motors for Concepción.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Cover the most significant segments of each region and growth the Drives and Electric Motors business.

Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.

Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.

Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.

Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Qualifications for the role
-
Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or related field.

You have 3-5 years of experience in sales or commercial positions working with drives and electric motors.

You are highly adept in Salesforce and SAP (nice to have).

You are passionate about teamwork, highly skilled in influencing others, and captivated by effective communication.
-
You are at ease communicating in intermediate English.
-
You have availability for travel (50% of the time).
