Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction by driving the adoption and business engagement for the Automation Infrastructure Platform. Each day, you will apply your knowledge of automation, IT processes, and stakeholder engagement to help promote automation capabilities, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate digital transformation across IS and Business teams. You will act as a key resource and ambassador for the platform, showcasing the value of existing automation runbooks and enabling new stakeholder groups to leverage automation efficiently and effectively.

This role is contributing to the Fundamental Infrastructure and Automation within the IS Infrastructure**, supporting stakeholders across global IS domains and selected Business Units.**
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Promoting and marketing the Automation Infrastructure Platform to internal IS and Business stakeholders, increasing awareness of available automation capabilities and benefits.
  • Engaging and onboarding new IS parties and Business stakeholders, identifying automation opportunities and leading the adoption journey
  • Showcasing and aligning existing automation runbooks to relevant business or IT use cases driving reuse and process efficiency.
  • Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
  • Collecting feedback and measuring adoption progress, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment between platform capabilities and stakeholder needs.

  • Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled in IT Automation platforms, Infrastructure Services and Stakeholder engagements.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Platform Adoption or Automation environments.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform, Service Now or other automation and orchestration platforms.
  • You are passionate about collaboration, communication and driving change though innovation and improvements.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
