This Position reports to:

Kvaliteedi ja OPEX osakonna juht

In this role, you will develop and optimize assigned business processes, ensuring they are efficient, well‑documented, and effectively supported by SAP. You will act as the bridge between business functions and SAP teams by translating business needs into clear process requirements and SAP solutions. In addition, you will support data‑driven decision‑making through structured analysis, reporting, and meaningful insights. You will also design and maintain high‑quality dashboards and reports, ensure data accessibility and quality, and help strengthen data literacy across the organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Developing and documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvements.

• Translating business needs into process and functional requirements for SAP developments and leading UAT activities.

• Designing data structures and developing recurring and ad hoc reports that deliver meaningful insights.

• Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ensuring usability, clarity, and alignment with business needs.

• Ensuring data availability, quality, and consistency across key systems (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, SAP).

• Interpreting data, presenting insights, and supporting users in understanding KPIs, metrics, and reports.

• Collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure effective reporting, analytics, and process execution.

Qualifications for the role

• Higher education in data analytics, IT, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.

• Strong experienve working with SAP systems and structured data extraction.

• Experience in data or business analytics, reporting, and dashboard development

• Strong technical skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL/Snowflake, relational databases, and Excel.

• Fluency in English and Estonian

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate business‑relevant insights.
