As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering solutions that empower organizations to maximize asset reliability and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design architectures that integrate Asset Strategy Management (ASM), reliability engineering principles, and advanced analytics into enterprise ecosystems.

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will lead solution design and implementation for ASM and reliability initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to define strategies, select technologies, and oversee integration with ERP, EAM, and IoT platforms. You will also engage with our services and commercial teams to ensure a holistic solution is proposed to our customers.

As a Remote Monitoring & Diagnostic Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading pre-sales technical engagements with prospecting customers to discover customer needs aligned to BH offerings
  • Supporting RFI/Q/P response from a technical viewpoint
  • Designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures for ASM and reliability programs.
  • Leading solution focused workshops as part of customer discovery.
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design for asset management and reliability.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ASM frameworks, reliability engineering, and EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
  • Be conversant in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies.
  • Possess strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Reliability or Asset Strategy certification like CMRP, CRL, AMP and ISO55000 are considered an asset.
