We are building a new global ISIT organization for our Robotics company, creating the digital foundation that will support our global sales, service and production of robots. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the very beginning of this journey and help shape the systems, processes and solutions that will define our future. As an IS Business Analyst HR, you will play a key role in connecting business needs with IS capabilities and ensuring that our HR solutions are efficient, scalable and aligned with our global strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business process owners, application owners, IS managers, solution architects, development teams and QA teams. You will work in a global, multicultural environment where effective communication and cross‑cultural collaboration are essential. The complexity of global use, diverse local needs and distributed teams will challenge and inspire you as you help build our future ISIT landscape.
Main responsibilities:
- Translating business requirements into clear functional and non‑functional specifications and user stories •
- Analyzing and documenting business processes, proposing improvements and assessing impacts on the existing system landscape
- Leading the end‑to‑end scoping and design of HR system solutions
- Preparing and supporting testing activities, including test cases and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solution direction
The position is available in Italy Milan, Spain Barcelona, Czech Republic Prague, India Bangalore, Sweden, Estonia, Portugal and Poland Krakow with a hybrid working model depending on country.
Your background:
-
Minimum 8 years of experience as a business, system, functional or data analyst with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical IS capabilities and influence stakeholders toward a common vision

Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies and tools, including process mapping

Experience working in Agile environments and using Azure DevOps for backlog management

Hands‑on experience with HR applications such as Workday, Cornerstone or Phenom

Fluency in English and strong communication skills, including active listening and critical thinking
You will be responsible for HR applications in scope and will help guide their development and enhancement. This includes reviewing technical designs, preparing data model and data flow adjustments and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. You will contribute to testing, training and implementation activities, helping ensure that new or improved solutions are successfully adopted across the organization.
