This Position reports to:

Ředitel logistik

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Sales Customer Support, who will serve as a key contact point between our customers and internal teams. If you enjoy communication, working with orders, and are able to handle non-standard requests, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.

  • Work model: onsite

Your role and responsibilities:

  • End-to-end processing of customer orders

  • Handling non-standard and specific customer requests

  • Daily communication with customers (by phone and email)

  • Cooperation with internal departments (sales, logistics, planning)

  • Working with internal systems (SAP)

Qualification for the role:

  • Secondary education with school-leaving certificate (preferably in business or economics)

  • Experience in customer service

  • English language skills at an intermediate level (communication and email correspondence)

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team

  • User-level PC skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
