This Position reports to:

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Sales Customer Support, who will serve as a key contact point between our customers and internal teams. If you enjoy communication, working with orders, and are able to handle non-standard requests, we would be happy to welcome you to our team.
- Work model: onsite
Your role and responsibilities:

End-to-end processing of customer orders
-
Handling non-standard and specific customer requests
-
Daily communication with customers (by phone and email)
-
Cooperation with internal departments (sales, logistics, planning)

Working with internal systems (SAP)
Qualification for the role:
-
Secondary education with school-leaving certificate (preferably in business or economics)

Experience in customer service
-
English language skills at an intermediate level (communication and email correspondence)
-
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
-
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
-
User-level PC skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
