Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support to both internal and external customers. You will support the Robotics organization/customers by bringing the ABB Robotics Customer Service portfolio/offer to the next level in alignment with the Robotics business Strategy via the Digital Operation Center (DOC)
The work model for the role is: #Li-Hybrid
This role is located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and contributing to the Global Robotics team.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Field Service teams, Sales and other internal and/or external teams.

Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request is in place.

Keeping the customers proactively informed on the issue status based on the inputs received and clarifying their doubts.

Preparing and analyzing regular statistics and reports using available tools and collecting additional relevant information.

Qualifications for the role- Diploma, Degree or above in Engineering or IT

More than 3 years in support or application engineering position.

Experience in Robotics business, products, and services will be advantageous.

Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time

Good ownership skills to carry out assigned tasks with minimum supervision from superiors.

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Strong English and Mandarin language capabilities is a must.
