📍 Area of coverage: Normandy & Hauts-de-France

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • B2B sales of electric motors and variable speed drives to partners, distributors, and direct customers.

  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio: create and implement commercial action plans, monitor progress through ABB’s CRM.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers: support product launches, negotiate commercial and legal contracts with internal support.

  • Analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions leveraging your expertise in ABB products.

  • Monitor commercial KPIs: update CRM, track dashboards, and implement corrective actions to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • Education: 2–3-year degree (e.g., BTS Electrotechnics, BUT GEII), ideally complemented by commercial skills.

  • Experience: initial experience in a similar role, with knowledge of motors and variable speed drives.

  • Skills: fluent in English (spoken and written), comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems, ability to work independently and lead commercial negotiations.

  • Qualities: collaboration, curiosity, caring, resilience, flexibility, and adaptability.

Compensation: €45–50K fixed (depending on profile and experience) + performance-based bonuses
