Your role and responsibilities
The Planning and Fulfillment Analyst is primarily responsible for leading the demand forecasting process, ensuring high forecast accuracy, and aligning demand plans with business and operational strategies. This role plays a critical part in translating market intelligence and customer insights into reliable demand projections that drive production, procurement, and inventory decisions.

This role supports the Electrification team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, production planning, and timely material availability to meet customer requirements. It involves close coordination with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Forecasting Demand: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict future customer demand accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop cohesive strategies that meet organizational goals.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing excess stock and preventing stockouts.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement processes to enhance demand management practices and improve supply chain strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and customer fill rates.

You will join a innovative and proactive team. - Qualifications for the role**-**Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, procurement, or supply chain roles, with strong exposure to forecasting processes and customer communication.
- Forecasting Expertise: Solid experience with statistical forecasting models, demand planning methodologies, and S&OP processes.
- Certifications: APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF CPF, or PMP certifications are considered a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in demand planning systems, ERP/MRP platforms, and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling). Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent spoken and written).Problem-Solving: Ability to manage demand variability, ambiguity, and cross-functional challenges with a structured and proactive approach.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of supply chain impact, financial implications of forecast decisions, and customer service drivers.
