The Workfront Fusion Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workfront and other business applications using REST APIs and automation tools. While Workfront Fusion experience is a plus, the primary requirement is strong experience in API development and integration.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, automate processes, and ensure operational efficiency through well-designed integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workfront Fusion and other automation platforms.

• Connect Workfront with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Share Point, JIRA, Service Now, Marketo, Slack, etc., via APIs.

• Design and implement robust integration workflows using API calls, webhooks, and JSON/XML data transformation.

• Monitor, debug, and optimize integrations to ensure security, performance, and scalability.

• Document integrations, APIs used, and best practices.

• Work with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities.

Technical Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with REST APIs and data formats like JSON/XML.

• Basic knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication and API security.

• Experience with automation tools or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Mulesoft).

• Some experience with JavaScript for simple scripting and data validation.

• Familiarity with databases and basic SQL queries (a plus).

• Willingness to learn Workfront Fusion and Workfront API.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

• Ability to manage tasks effectively and work in a team.
