Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven HR Intern. This is a great opportunity for an HR student to get hands-on experience across core HR processes and exposure to real-life situations. Each day you will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion Drives Business in Jüri.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS)

• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and daily administrative tasks

• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.

• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role

• You are studying Human resource

• The opportunity to demonstrate your collaboration and solution-focused approach

• You have curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies

• You are at ease communicating in English and Estonian language
