This Position reports to:

Quality and Operational Excellence Manag:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Egypt**.**
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Driving approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.
• Leading in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.
• Working together with buyers to engage suppliers and prepare claims cases when necessary.
• Ensuring required supplier development processes are thoroughly executed to drive continuous improvement of the supplier base.

• Qualifications for the role**- you enjoy working with** Supplier qualification and development techniques
• You have up to 5 years of experience in supply quality or relevant field.
• Highly adept in Advanced product quality planning (APQP)
• you are innovative around Leadership and change management
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering fields or equivalent
• You are at ease communicating in both English and Arabic
• You hold certifications in the field of quality, example ISO 9001 certification.
