Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of subassemblies and cable harnesses. You will ensure on‑time and high‑quality production, align daily needs with the production lines, and oversee compliance with safety, 5S, and assembly standards. You will also lead and support your team, manage workflows and time records, and maintain accurate data in SAP and internal databases to keep production running efficiently.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring the production of subassemblies and cable harnesses for the production lines

• Ensuring on‑time production and coordinating requirements with the production lines

• Responsibility for meeting assembly standards and controlling the quality of assembly work

• Final inspection of orders upon completion

• Ensuring and controlling workplace safety, 5S, and compliance with work regulations

• Managing and monitoring the working time of team members

• Maintaining data in databases and in SAP

• Work in a two‑shift operation
  Qualifications for the role

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing role

• Vocational or secondary technical education in electrical engineering is an advantage

• Experience with ABB production and products is an advantage

• Experience in leading and managing a team is an advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, stress resilience, and time flexibility

• Ability to motivate others, foster a positive working atmosphere, and lead a team to achieve excellent results

• Good user knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
