Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive LMS Support Coordinator to manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures smooth operation, user support, and continuous improvement of our learning platform to deliver an exceptional training experience for employees globally.
In the role of Global LMS Support, you will join a self-driven and diverse team of highly skilled professionals where our climate is open and trusting. This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics team the in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Provide first-line support for LMS-related inquiries from employees, trainers, managers, and local administrators; troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when necessary.

Manage day-to-day LMS administration including user accounts, roles, permissions, settings, and course assignments, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Upload, update, and organize learning materials and courses; collaborate with internal teams to maintain relevant and current content.

Generate and distribute reports on course completion, user engagement, and system performance; analyze data to identify trends and support compliance requirements.

Deliver insights to improve learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to LMS functionality and user experience.

Stay updated on LMS best practices and new features, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the role
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or related fields; advanced certifications in e-learning or LMS administration are an advantage.

6–10 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to Learning Management Systems and digital learning environments.

Proven experience working with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Absorb, or similar systems.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with strong written and spoken English.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and compliance requirements is a plus.

Demonstrated experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders and working in international environments.

Creative, innovative, and proactive mindset; ability to leverage new tools, plan effectively, multi-task, and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point, with the ability to translate complex technologies into clear, engaging content.
