Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales & Service organizations and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Identify correct spare parts using customer requirements, technical documentation, and equipment specifications, while providing technical guidance on part selection, compatibility, and alternatives.

• Prepare accurate quotes, process orders in SAP, follow up on open quotes, and support sales conversion through timely communication and order-status updates.

• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement, resolving supply issues, and liaising with suppliers on availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Act as the primary contact for spare parts enquiries, building strong relationships with customers and service partners through professional, responsive support.

Qualifications for the role

• Strong experience working with technical products, with the ability to understand and interpret Instrumentation and Analytical equipment.

• Solid, practical knowledge of SAP, with confidence navigating sales, order, and inventory-related processes.

• Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to support customers and internal teams professionally.
