This Position reports to:
HR Team Lead:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for Germany within the assigned service line Employee Life Cycle Management. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate, and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your skills by supporting globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that all business processes comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate, and customer-focused manner, showing end-to-end responsibility.
- Acting in complex business cases/projects by offering operational skills and knowledge, and collaborating across countries and functions.
- Identifying deficiencies in existing business processes, taking responsibility for the handling of Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and systematically recommending improvements or simplifications.
- Performing control tasks with autonomy, including 4-eye-checks, SOX controls, data protection compliance, and country-specific regulatory checks.
Qualifications for the role:
- You are highly skilled in delivering HR Shared Services in a global company, particularly in areas such as Employee Life Cycle, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, or Compensation & Performance.
- You have 2+ years of experience in HR operations, demonstrating an accurate approach to service delivery.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of tools such as SAP, Service Now, and MS Office suite.
- You are captivated by process accuracy and collaboration, and are innovative around cross-functional teamwork and issue resolution.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR practices and service delivery.
- You are proficient in communicating fluently in both English and German, ensuring reliable support for internal stakeholders in the DACH region.
- Please note: This is a temporary position with a 6-month fixed-term contract.
