Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the measurement and analysis of production processes in terms of efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.

• Assisting in planning and optimizing production processes and identifying areas for improvement.

• Participating in the preparation and modification of production layouts, considering efficiency and safety.

• Creating and updating selected data in the ERP system (SAP) under supervision.

• Supporting the resolution of basic technological issues in the production area.

• Assisting in the preparation of process documentation (instructions, checklists, equipment guidelines).

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new standards and technologies.

• Supporting activities related to production or equipment transfers.

Qualifications for the role:

• Higher technical education — preferred fields: electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, production engineering.

• Professional experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of production process optimization methods; familiarity with LEAN tools will be an advantage.

• Good command of English, enabling effective communication in written and spoken form.

• Good knowledge of MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD (or willingness to learn).

• Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work in a team and openness to feedback.

• Category B driving license — nice to have.
