This Position reports to:

Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll play a key part in implementing product marketing strategies for our Electrification business area in Greece. You’ll combine your technical expertise with marketing acumen to define product value propositions, support sales efforts, and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the whole Electrification Business product portfolio in Greece.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Executing product marketing strategies aligned with global directives, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning.
• Developing technical product descriptions, catalogues, and presentations to support internal and external stakeholders
• Enabling our customers to better understand the Electrification product portfolio
• Facilitating customer knowledge of the Electrification product portfolio by preparing relevant information packs
• Collaborating with product groups and divisions to deliver the annual marketing plan.
• Creating and supporting business plans aimed at expanding market presence and driving growth.

Qualifications for the role:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or technical service within the electrical products sector
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
