Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area. Each day, you will deliver to improve the efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery by the function, by analyzing, proposing, supporting in the implementation of the plan of actions. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending changes to system functionality and supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

The work model for the role is

This role is contributing to the Facility Management & Real Estate Function in Frosinone site.

Main stakeholders are internal customers, HSE teams, external suppliers, maintenance partners, and site management.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting the definition, implementation and optimization of processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility.

  • Recommending new practices, processes, or policies to improve overall real estate services.

  • Assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.

  • Ensure compliance: permits, building documentation, legal inspections

  • Contribute to site investment projects and infrastructure improvements

You will join a collaborative, high‑performing, and solutions‑driven team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are highly skilled in working with facility management systems, maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM/RCM), CAFM tools, and real estate operational processes, and you enjoy working with the facility and industrial operations market.

  • You have 2/3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance operations, or industrial/engineering site services.

  • Highly adept in CAD, CAFM platforms, MS Office Suite, digital maintenance tools; SAP/ERP systems would be considered a plus.

  • You are passionate about problem solving, continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and organizational efficiency.

  • You hold a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Architecture, Facility Management or a related technical field.

  • You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.

  • You hold current HSE certifications or technical licenses valid in Italy.
