Your role and responsibilities
We seek for " Sales Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Office located in Maltepe Istanbul-Turkiye location.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers in the responsible accounts and supporting business growth aligned with ABB’s product and solution portfolio
-
Preparing detailed business plans and ensuring regular follow-up and execution
-
Sales of the entire Medium Voltage & SCADA
-
Demand creation activities and guiding the scope, technical specifications, and solution architecture of customer investments in close collaboration with the technical promotion and consultancy teams
-
Ensuring effective communication, promotion, and training activities across all segments
-
Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across divisions
-
Recording and managing all activities in Salesforce.com while monitoring financial and non‑financial KPIs through the tool
-
Conducting periodic customer visits to build relationships, support new project opportunities, understand customer needs, and align ABB’s offerings with tailored solutions
-
Qualifications for the role- Electrical Engineering or equivalent university degree
-
At least 5 years of experiences in marketing and sales
-
Experience in Industrial tenders
-
Experience in contractual negotiations
-
Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling
-
Knowledge of Turkish and English
-
Action oriented, methodological, attention to detail, effective interpersonal & communication skills, teamwork oriented

Good skills of communications both externally and internally with customers

Generating connections with main customers and develop key long-term partnerships
