Your role and responsibilities

As a Channel Sales Manager in the industrial automation sector, you will be the driving force behind indirect sales within ABB Process Automation’s Energy Industry and Process Industry businesses in Türkiye

You’ll have the opportunity to both acquire new partners and grow existing ones in a dynamic market. Collaborating with system integrators, distributors, value-added resellers, panel builders, and installers, you will convince end customers of ABB's innovative solutions.

You will expand and refine partner business plans to drive revenue for ABB Solutions and Service business within Türkiye, utilising framework of the Global Partner Program in close collaboration with Local Divisions.

You will leverage technical knowledge and sales experience to add new partners that can support opportunities across a range of industry segments. In parallel, you will use existing business plans with current partners to grow sales in pre-defined markets, continuously monitoring performance against agreed KPIs.

You will effectively refine and implement channel sales strategy in specified markets (global/regional/local) to improve ABB market penetration and realise growth aspirations for channels. You will be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative targets, including orders, orders gross margin, market share, and customer satisfaction. In order to achieve these targets, you will spend most of your working hours at channel partner or end customer sites.

Qualifications for the role - 5+ years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Digital Transformation, Channel Partners, System Integrators and Industry Experience

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Discipline

Communicative knowledge of English and Turkish

Prior Experience in Sales, Industrial Automation, System Integration and Channel Sales or Leading Distributors
