SALARY: $104,800-$124,450; bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Activation leads the strategy and execution of consumer activations, sponsorships, and events across AB ONE. This role translates brand and commercial priorities into scalable in-market programs that drive distribution, velocity, and brand visibility. You will partner closely with Sales and the Accelerator Team to ensure flawless execution and measurable ROI.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support our Wholesalers in the end-to-end process of execution of events, sponsorships, and experiential activations

Manage agencies, vendors, and mobile assets to deliver best-in-class brand presence

Partner with Accelerator sellers to define priorities, playbooks, and KPIs

Align activations with sales objectives to unlock non-buying accounts and premium placements

Implement tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement frameworks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-
4+ years in Trade/Shopper Marketing, Experiential, or Sales Strategy within CPG
-
Experience managing events, sponsorships, or in-market activations
-
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
-
Data-driven mindset with focus on commercial impact
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
