-
Drive the platform strategy for the Home Screen, building scalable, shared systems and components that enable other teams to seamlessly surface their features and content.
-
Lead product discovery and define features, tools, and systems that elevate member experience and business outcomes.
-
Partner closely with Content and Product Marketing to define system capabilities that enhance content personalization and improve the relevance of information surfaced to each customer.
-
Translate ideas into product reality, grounding big ideas in strong hypotheses, MVPs, and measured outcomes. Create clear product specs, experimentation plans, and rollout strategies for features.
-
Be the connective tissue across teams—ensuring your projects align with core company OKRs, from member retention to platform efficiency and content personalization.
What we’re looking for:
-
4+ years of product management experience, or 7+ years of product adjacent experience.
-
Experience working within onboarding of a consumer facing product.
-
Experience coordinating with Marketing and Content Management teams to deliver personalized UI experiences.
-
Experience working in a content-driven product where scheduling and personalization experience are integral to the product’s success.
-
Experience coordinating with engineering and design teams to deliver high valued, tested features, products, and experiences to customers.
-
Fluency in using data-query tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, or equivalent) to analyze funnel performance and self-serve complex product insights.
-
Exceptional communication skills—you can synthesize complexity, advocate for impact, and align stakeholders.
-
Strategic thinker with the bias for action of a builder—you thrive on creating from 0→1 and pushing from 1→n.
-
Passion for fitness, gaming, or sport is a big plus; love for the Zwift mission is essential.
Bonus points:
-
Experience in technology, gaming, ecommerce, or subscription businesses are an advantage.
-
Experience working in Agile development frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
-
Experience working with experimentation and feature flag systems (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely, Firebase).
-
Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
