We are looking for a Senior People Consultant to join our team in a Hybrid capacity, reporting to Jeff Salem, Senior Director People & Culture Business Partners, in the People & Culture department.

The core purpose of this Senior People Consultant role is to provide comprehensive support across diverse client groups, assisting People & Culture Business Partners with project work, data analysis, and ad-hoc HR-related activities. The role balances transactional tasks, such as assisting with performance management and management coaching, with broader contributions to strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)- Provide support across diverse client groups, assisting P&C BPs with strategic initiatives, project work, and ad-hoc P&C activities

  • Partner with managers to deliver coaching and guidance on performance management, enabling effective leadership and helping to address challenges before they escalate into ER cases

  • Contribute to the execution of EMEA-wide and global P&C initiatives, such as sentiment survey reviews, ensuring insights and results are effectively analyzed and actioned

  • Work closely with People Analytics to generate reports and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other key meetings, providing actionable data to inform decision-making

  • Actively participate in initiatives led by P&C BPs to gain exposure to more strategic aspects of People & Culture, fostering professional growth and preparing for advanced responsibilities over time

Who You Are (Success Profile)- You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful

  • You are a problem-solver. You seek out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact

  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust

  • You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and never stop developing yourself, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.

  • You operate with urgency. You understand that in a high-growth environment, speed and quality are not mutually exclusive. You have a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly to win for the customer and the team

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)- Demonstrated experience working across multiple countries within the EMEA region, with a strong understanding of regional diversity, labour laws, and compliance requirements

  • Proven P&C Business Partnering experience as a P&C generalist and consultant, including experience providing coaching on performance management and employee development

  • An analytical and data-oriented mindset, with strong analytical abilities and a proven capacity to interpret P&C data and generate actionable insights

  • A history of working within complex, multi-matrixed organisational structures and successfully navigating cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

  • A demonstrated willingness to grow into higher levels of P&C strategy by embracing new challenges, learning alongside Senior P&C BPs, and adapting to varied organisational needs

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proficiency or fluency in additional languages

  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent accreditation, demonstrating a strong foundation in P&C practices and standards

  • Prior experience working within a fast-paced SaaS or technology organisation, showcasing familiarity with agile environments and evolving business needs
